1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Refundable Terms

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and software
  • Opened electronics without original packaging
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you want to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and select the reason
  4. Wait for seller approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
  5. Once approved, ship the item back to the seller

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or wrong item: Seller covers return shipping
  • Change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping
  • Not as described: Seller covers return shipping after verification

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund approval/rejection notification within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refund processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact the seller immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
  • The seller will arrange for replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping cost for you

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts
  • Items returned without proper authorisation

9. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships at no cost. Once shipped, the return policy applies. To cancel an order, go to "My Orders" and click "Cancel Order" if the option is available.

10. Seller Responsibilities

All sellers on Namosphere must:

  • Ensure listed products are accurate and authentic
  • Accept valid return and refund requests
  • Process returns promptly
  • Comply with marketplace policies and regulations

Failure to comply may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
