1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states within Nigeria. Each seller on our platform manages their own shipping, so delivery options and costs may vary by store.

  • Nationwide delivery available to all 36 states + FCT
  • Urban areas typically have more delivery options
  • Remote locations may experience longer delivery times
  • International shipping is not currently available

2. Processing Time

Order processing time varies by seller:

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Custom/Made-to-Order: 5-14 business days
  • Pre-Order Items: As specified in product description
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after order is shipped:

  • Lagos & Environs: 1-3 business days
  • Major Cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, etc.): 2-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are determined by each seller and calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Seller's shipping policy

Some sellers offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Check individual product pages for details.

5. Order Tracking

Track your order easily:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click on the order you want to track
  4. View real-time status updates and tracking number (when available)
  5. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage

6. Delivery Method

Sellers typically use these courier services:

  • DHL Nigeria
  • GIG Logistics
  • Kwik Delivery
  • Ace Courier Services
  • Other reputable local couriers

The courier service used will be indicated in your order details once the item is shipped.

7. Failed Delivery Attempt

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • You'll receive notification of each failed attempt
  • Ensure your contact details and address are accurate
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to the seller
  • Return shipping fees may apply for redelivery

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the seller immediately through your order page
  • Provide photos of any damage
  • The seller will work with the courier to resolve the issue
  • You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund

9. Multiple Item

If you order multiple items from different sellers, they will ship separately. Each item will have its own tracking information and may arrive at different times.
